Mind Body Workshop Attendee
This is the second workshop I've done with Robin, and both times it has been incredibly helpful. It's invaluable as reinforcement to the ideas and practices I have already adopted, while also introducing new ideas that help me on my journey. The mind-body emphasis was timely for me, as I still think that is my biggest challenge. Robin has an honest, positive and personable way of speaking, and includes attendees in the conversation, which adds other, helpful perspectives. I would love to be able to afford one on one sessions, but, in the meantime, programs like this are both affordable and I like the focus on one aspect of the disease at a time. She also includes a lot of "extras." Her book recommendations have been a huge resource for me in navigating the psychological side of this disease. I can't properly express how grateful I am to Robin for all the hard work and time she has put into this group. She has truly been the main reason I have been better able to manage this disease, and she is just a huge blessing in my life.

Working with Robin has been such a powerful and positive experience. Not only does she provide the tools, knowledge and awareness of nutrition and how it impacts our bodies, but also exercise and the benefits for mind, body, and soul. She also helps you find your confidence, self worth, and helps you replace those negative thoughts and notions into positive ones. I found Robin on the Thumbtack app in January when I was in a pretty low spot in my life. I deal with a slew of mental health issues (depression, anxiety ect) and my environment and home life was a struggle, but she has helped me find the tools push through the tough situations and come out on the positive side.
